Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

At BBRMT, we are committed to providing a professional and relaxing experience for all clients. To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone’s time, we have outlined the following policies regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, and professional conduct.

 

1. Booking & Appointment Policy All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled client, and full payment for the booked time will still be required. First-time clients are required to complete a short health history form to ensure a safe and effective treatment.

 

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged. No-show appointments will be charged a $50 that will be charged on the next treatment date. Failure to pay may result in restrictions on future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the above policy will apply. If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. No Show fees are not covered by insurance.

 

3. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service with cash or e-transfer. Direct billing to insurance is currently unavailable, and it is the patients responsibility to ensure eligibility and to submit claims directly with their insurance. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.

To cancel or modify your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, please log into your account and cancel/modify your booking. Alternatively, you can email bbrownrmt@gmail.com or call/text the phone number in the confirmation email that is provided to all patients after they successfully book online.
